Greg’s house was perfect for my family’s first stay in STL. The house is full of charm. The street is idyllic and the area looks like it’s from a movie. The location was great with eclectic restaurants and close to Forest Park. We were able to find free street parking right in front of the house. Our young girls enjoyed outdoor play in the backyard. The beds were very comfortable. The gas fireplace was the cherry on top. One of the best Airbnb places we’ve stayed!

Seamless booking process. Convenient location to Wash U, U City, Forest Park, MetroLink. Nice place. Comfortable beds. We didn’t intend to do any real cooking, so kitchen was adequately supplied. If you do expect to do any cooking, check into available pots, pans, tools, etc. and confirm that you will have what you need.

We truly don’t have enough positive that we can say about this beautiful historic home. It is perfectly situated near the Loop, Forest Park, Metro line and has excellent easily walkable access to restaurants, nightlife, natural beauty and more. Also though the main thoroughfare streets are bustling outside, we could not get over how quiet it was inside the home. The only thing to plan for, as others have noted, is there is only one shower and both bathrooms are upstairs. This was perfectly fine for our party of 4 but may be something to note. The bathrooms are both lovely and wonderful uses of space. We enjoyed the lovely back yard on a sunny spring day as well. Would absolutely choose to stay here again, and Greg was so responsive with some special scheduling needs. A+ stay!

This is a great spot to stay in St Louis. Historical charm and only 2 blocks from the Loop. We were visiting family and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home - great location near Washington University.
