We had a wonderful visit in this beautiful apartment!! Everything worked well - from the well-equipped and super-clean kitchen to extra blankets at the ready, plenty of towels, deluxe water pressure in the showers, and spacious dining and living room that made it easy for this gathering of old friends to reconnect and have long and relaxed visits together. The proximity to the Wash U campus and Clayton were great for us. Plentiful street parking made it easy. Highly recommend this lovely spot!
The first floor apartment is on a beautiful tree lined street directly across from a local park. The upstairs residents were quiet and very good neighbors. We used the host’s tennis racquets to play on the park’s terrific courts. The local taco restaurant just a short walk away is not to be missed. The coffee shop closed but hopefully will reopen. The living quarters are spacious and beautifully appointed. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind in between family gatherings. We only used the king bed, but can attest that it is extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on future STL trips.
Bill and Deb's place was a great place to stay for our trip with six people! The apartment was cozy, the rooms were exactly as pictured in photos, and towels were provided for each person in our group. The location is great, in a quiet suburb within walking distance (~15 min) of Wash U, tennis courts across the street, and plenty of free street parking. The kitchen was spacious and fully featured, with all the utensils and accessories you would want for cooking and baking. Overall, the apartment is extremely well-equipped, including tennis rackets, folding chairs, and more. The one thing to note is that one of the two bathrooms is an en suite to the primary bedroom, but we had no trouble making things work for our group of six. Bill and Deb were kind and responsive in all of our communications, and allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a lovely time at the apartment, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we come back to St. Louis!
