You can even drive to Montreal, Canada (2 hours away). NOTE: Per our insurance requirements, no guests under the age of 18 allowed. You will have the entire property to yourself; you will have access to the entire ground floor but the upper floors are used by the owners for storage. Every room you see in the listing photos is accessible to you. HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES? From August to October feel free to pick and eat the apples on our 40+ trees throughout the property. Each has a unique flavor; some sweet, some sour and we even have some green apples. We provide an apple-picking pole for those apples that are higher up! Pick as many as you like and take some home as souvenirs. THE PROPERTY You enter through the patio into the spacious living and dining area with a day bed, huge sofa and two comfy leather chairs. The 75" wall-mounted LCD TV swivels for great viewing, and comes pre-signed-in to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO Max, Peacock and Paramount+. Board games are also provided if you want to unplug. The entire floor is heated with radiant floor heating with thermostat at your control. In addition, there is a wood pellet stove if you want it super toasty, or just want that warm ambience of a roaring fire. 400 Gbs broadband WiFi is available free of charge for your entire stay. Password will be emailed to you and is also posted in the unit. The kitchen features an extensive set of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glasses and plates, plus basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. You can prepare meals on the induction stovetop or in the microwave oven. Mr. Coffee maker and filters are provided, and your complimentary gift bag includes a pound of ground coffee to get you started, plus some nice local gifts including Vermont maple syrup! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, closet, dresser and desk/chair with desk lamps perfect for work. USB chargers are available on the desk and on both nightstands. A fifth guest can sleep on the full-sized day bed in the living room. The bathroom features a washer and dryer (detergent provided), vanity, sink and bathtub/shower. We do our best to keep the nature outside, but occasionally you may find an insect (such as an ant or spider) inside.
