I had a past great experience with one of Jay’s properties so that informed my choice for this stay. This one was honestly one of my favorite airbnb stays. Excellent value. The suite feels like a private apartment rental and is cheerful and well appointed but with the value of renting a room in a shared space. The house is beautiful and very very clean inside and out. A superb value! The neighbor being a cohost was great as I couldn’t understand how to enter my code when I first arrived late at night; she happened to notice this and immediately came over to show me how it works. It is very easy lol I just didn’t realize I needed to press the check mark to enter my key code. Everyone I interacted with is very friendly. And extra marks for the person keeping it clean! Impressive how clean it is here!
