RENTER BEWARE. We asked for a full refund because of the below and were rebuffed. We were two families with young children. The home is not currently fit for rental because it is unclean and in a state of disrepair. The murphy bed had what appeared to be menstruation on it, the bathroom upstairs had what appeared to be feces on the floor, and some bedding was ripped. Several of the lighting fixtures did not have working light bulbs, much of the windows and wall moulding was damaged, and much of the home was only partially painted. The kitchen lacked enough cookware or dishes for 6 people to eat. In all, it gave the impression of a cramped and dirty environment. It was not appropriately maintained for the "spacious vacation rental offer[ing] families a cozy home base" as advertised. The game room was wonderful and provided hours of entertainment for the kids. We enjoyed the Estate's facilities including the pool and the fields, both of which were lovely.

we booked for a family get away with out of state cousins. We are 6 adults and 6 children from 8-2 years old. positives— the gated community is beautiful and welcoming, w/plenty of kids and families walking around riding bikes. the TV in the living room was large and easy to use. the floors were clean and there are pots and pans. the house, however, needs immediate attention & maintenance. most of the curtains are stained and/or broken. we had to but lightbulbs in order to see in the bathroom. the shower in the second floor bathroom does not drain. The bathtub in the master bedroom doesn’t work— the handles were installed wrong and there is a hole in the bedroom door. the “game room (garage)” has a pool table with cues that don’t work (no tips on cues) and the pieces to the shuffle board table are broken. The kitchen has 12 pint glasses, but not one other kind of glass. there were there was not enough plates for all of us. no bowls nor service ware. we were disappointed.

It was a nice house but there were some hiccups I didn't like. For example, the address on the posting was different from what the host provided when I contacted them. The same area just a different address. It seems like the water heater is very small so we kept running out of hot water after 1 person shower. we will have to wait 30min then someone else will be able to shower. Overall, it was a nice house and location with good space and activities around the area.
