Perfect little family getaway, lots of great activities for the kids to do. Place my clean and our host was easy to get ahold of when needed. Only thing my husband wished for was more kitchenware as it was very limited and difficult to cook for our family with what was provided.

we love the place , and the location was good for all the places we visited. we enjoyed playing mini golf and even got to do an activity they were doing. we are just waiting for the security deposit to be refunded.

Samantha is a great host. The issues I had were with the individual unit that we were assigned which, I'm not sure Samantha has any control over since it is a timeshare and units are not assigned until check in. Pros: Location is wonderful. Amenities and outdoor grounds look clean and well maintained. The area is quiet and several shops, grocery stores, and eateries are within a short drive. Cons: The unit was dirty on check in and in dire need of a deep clean behind the beds, in drawers, baseboards, bathrooms, and the carpet should probably be replaced. The mattress on the couch was very stained. The porch was full of spider webs and looked like it had not been swept or blown off in several months. There was a lamp that didn't work with a frayed cord plugged in the guest bedroom which is a potential fire hazard. The lid to the coffee pot was broken causing scolding hot coffee to spill everywhere when I went to pour it.Guest services was prompt with replacing the lamp and the coffee

The resort had an issue with the key fobs so we had to wait for someone to let us into our place. This was an issue the entire time we were there. Always waiting for someone to let us in. Once we had to wait for more that 30 minutes before someone let us in. Not a great experience when you have kids and it’s 9pm. Otherwise it was a nice place. Very clean and spacious.
