Burna was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and did offer for housekeeping to come back and clean. We just cleaned it as we just got unpacked . Her cleaning crew definitely can do a better job!!! . Was not crisp and clean as pictured . Dirty light switches , pillows were stained and smelted like dog and downstairs bedroom smelled like dog, laundry was left in wash and dryer clean and dirty, doors were dirty , but wiped off easy with Lysol wipes. Some maintenance needs to be done to prevent someone stepping on wood floor. Overall was okay but I do not believe the $$$ we paid was worth the stay unfortunately.

This place is perfect for a few adults. I stayed here with 2 friends and it was awesome to each have our own room and bathroom. The place is very nice but some things could have been better. Some things were different than what the pictures showed - the couch was very small compared to the pictures, empty walls compared to the pictures, different seating, etc. However the place was clean and the host was very responsive. The check-in instructions could not have been easier. It's in a nice location within walking distance of some great restaurants. We felt very safe as well. It is near train tracks which I'm surprised no one else mentioned in the reviews - the train woke us up a few times but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
