I don't Know where 2 begin 1st of all Ms Jaine called me the day before letting me know the propane tank was empty and the hot tub & Stove wouldn't work, she offered to refund a 1000$ out of the $1964.16 , I paid for 2 days if we still wanted to use the airbnb, so I called spoke with my husband, and he agreed, by that time Jaine, called me back and said, everything was fine, she spoke to the gas people and they would have the tank filled, buy the time we arrived, this past Saturday, not to mention this was my husband's birthday getaway l, so we packed up on Saturday was an hour into the drive when I get a call from Ms Jaine, saying it was a no go, they wouldn't be able to refill the tank until monday, so she said if we canceled she would allow us to go ahead and stay, but I knew that if we canceled, it would take away from our money we paid, so she said she would call airbnb, next thing I know I get an email from airbnb telling us Ms Jaine had canceled and we would be refunded, so

Janie and everyone were wonderful hosts. Beautiful home, location, privacy, communication, all were GREAT! I would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: this is a great location for Lake views and the inside of the house is very clean. Also host labels everything so everything is easy to find and manage. Cons: I came to this location for the pool but couldn’t use it bc it was not in service, then the hot tub wasn’t working (host offered to fix it the next morning but I declined due to my guest already having left) Inside the house there were wasps but luckily they were docile. (I understand that host are not responsible for insects and wildlife, but a friendly grade pesticide could improve guest experience) And finally miscommunications: host was slow at responding at first but they tried their best to be accommodating when in contact. Host also sent other guest messages to me but apologized for that too. I was asking for check out details and was left on read. TL:DR Host has potential to improve listing and the beautiful views really saves the day

The home was great! Clean, roomy for our family of five and a lot of games. The weather was cold so we did not get to enjoy the pool or lake but would be great if you rented for the summer. Janie was responsive when we had any questions.
