This stay was extremely perfect for my trip. The space allows you to free your mind and relax with a homey feel. The aroma in the space also added to the space with a sweet smell . Dane was very accommodating and responsive to all my needs and I will absolutely be booking their stay again. Thank you so much !
We loved our stay at Dane's place. It was such a cozy place to stay for the fall and had everything we needed. We had a friend group of nine people stay and it was perfectly roomy for all of us. The location was only about 15-20 min from Cedar Lake Cellars winery. The hot tub was fantastic to use after a long day and they even had firewood to use for the fire pit area. We will definitely look at staying here again next year!
Dane was responsive and helpful. The house was really nice and had firewood available. There are more water toys than what are listed, the car policy requires no more than 5 cars. If you have a bigger group, I’d would consider carpooling. We saw a bunch of deer, which was nice. You also have to take out your own trash, so I’d do that before repacking your car. The deck had a bunch of leaves, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me.
We loved our stay. The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. However, be aware, there is one king bed in the main bed room. A second bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds. A third bedroom upstairs has a single queen and in the loft there is one twin bed. There is NOT a queen bed in the loft. There is however a queen air mattress in the closet upstairs. It does say this when you read more about the home. Wasn’t a big issue, our guests chose to sleep on the big comfy couch instead of the air mattress. The house had everything we needed and more water toys than we were expecting! The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. Lots of deer and turkey. Deer actually right up next to the deck! Beautiful views! We would stay again if we had the chance!
