I hosted a Christian women’s retreat here and Jenna has been supportive and helpful every step of the way for us. The house was everything we needed. The space was perfect and people commented how beautiful it was decorated. When we ran into a couple hiccups with some things Jenna took action immediately and helped us solve the problem. Stay was overall good. The decor and furniture were amazing. As a group we collectively said we would probably not return though. The hot tub did not heat and I contacted the host about it and she did not give me a solution. We also said the hot water wasn’t working properly in the showers and a tech was supposed to come out but never did, and I was left in limbo about that. The directions to get here a confusing especially if you’re driving at night(use Waze for navigation, others will take you to wrong address). There was also a lot to do for check out which is why we didn’t drive our trash all the way out to one in the neighborhood. The cleaning fee is high so I think it’s a little absurd to ask so much of guests. There was also a huge snake that almost got into the house but I know that’s out of their control, but just beware while you’re outside if you do come here. For the price I don’t think it’s a 5 star stay.

Used this home to host a bridal shower for family and friends from all over the Midwest. It was perfect and absolutely gorgeous!

Our stay at the Tree House was extremely disappointing at best. We were blindsided with a 24-48 hour water boil advisory, we were only notified the day of our arrival. Despite the issue being known to the owner the night before, they failed to inform us earlier, leaving us with no option but to continue with our stay. During our stay, the hosts/owner provided inadequate responses and failed to provide any substantial updates on the water issue. The lack of communication left our party, which included 4 children under the age of two, without proper access to clean water for bathing, cooking, and hygiene. We were forced to purchase large quantities of water to meet our basic needs, as the problem stayed unresolved. Despite our concerns and the impact on our stay, the owner showed little urgency in addressing the issue and even suggested that we seek reimbursement from the resort/city of Innsbrook, despite our agreement being with the Airbnb host.
