Howdy! The Homestead by @TheHowdyRanch is the best kept secret Only 10 miles from Prescott. Our western themed 3 Bed / 2 Bath home sits on 4 acres and has some of the best views in Williamson Valley. We recommend spending time and relaxing on the observation deck with views of massive boulders and an amazing view of granite mountain. Stargazing is a must. The quirkiness of this home is part of the allure. Welcome to our western themed Homestead at The Howdy ranch! We are so excited to share our space with you. The homestead is 2400 sq ft and sits on a 4 acre lot amid stunning mountain views. A private setting down our dirt road, An ideal choice for an adventurous family, reunions, retreats, or several couples who like privacy while sharing the overall space. The beautiful view and small imperfections are what make this place unique. Our main house is locally furnished with funky western antiques around the property. We are able to sleep 6 people comfortably and a 7 if necessary. Two queen bed and a king master sweet with attached bathroom. There is a smart TV in the living room, Feel free to login to your favorite streaming app to watch your favorite movies and shows. Our kitchen has all of the essentials so treat our kitchen like your own. We also provide some of our favorite drip coffee. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fresh linens provided, Laundry soaps are available for our washer and dryer Our Family style dining room with large dining table to accommodate dinners and relaxing by the fire. We have a spectacular view of Granite Mountain off our observation deck perfect for some morning quiet time or night time star gazing. The master bedroom patio has a salt water spa for enjoyment. Sunset spa sessions are beautiful! This property is unique with our old time western antiques scattered around making for a great time to walk and explore the property or practice your roping skills on the roping dummy. We are 20 mins from downtown, 5 mins from gas station, and 10 mins from closest grocery store. ***This property sits on 4 acres please do not disturb “The Howdy Ranch Bunk House” which also may be rented out during your stay, both home are detached and are completely private from one another. There are about 200’ of very large boulders and trees separating each property. If you would like to package the entire property please inquire.

The place was super cute, clean, and peaceful. We loved star gazing from the hot tub. Zero complaints and would totally return!
Zac was extremely accommodating for my husband's 60th birthday celebration. Sadly Mother Nature did not cooperate but we made the most of the weather. The views were amazing and house gorgeous! My son was in love with the smoker. He made a brisket. My only complain was with the spa having some debris in it and we would have loved a couple extra towels and maybe an extra roll or 2 of toilet paper.
Prescott is a beautiful place to visit. We chose this community so we could get to all the places we were interested in, in less than 2 hours, like Phoenix, Jerome, Sedona, Surprise (baseball), and of course - the grandest canyon. :) The property is very clean and comfortable. The house is situated on land with 1.9 billion year old boulder landscaping. The Treager grill/smoker was used many times. The hot tub was positioned with fantastic views. The indoor fireplace was perfect on chilly nights and mornings. The kitchen is spacious and the large island and open floor plan allowed the kitchen help (me) to still be included in on the fun the family was having while I prepped our meals. The kids had their space and the tv for movies when the evening wound down. We enjoyed the provided games/books when we weren’t enjoying the property. I would recommend renting the Bunkhouse for a private trip. This was our first trip to AZ, but not our last!
Great hosts and communication!! Very well taken care of. Definitely recommend if you are going to Prescott AA++.
