Wonderful appartment. Location very amazing in the heart of Istanbul. We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and would like to come back at any time.

The property is fully renovated, was super clean and full of amenities. The shower was great! It is a few minutes walk to the famous galata tower, 2 minutes walk to the funicular and 3 minutes to the subway station. The location could not be better, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Aykut was super helpful and polite. He even organized my transportation to the airport. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or friend.

O apartamento de Yasemin e Aykut é fantástico! Os anfitriões são ótimos e o apartamento é uma delícia. Super confortável, bonito e super bem localizado. Fica na região de Galata, ao lado da torre, em um bairro com muitos restaurantes, lojas e coisas para fazer, e a uma curta distância dos principais pontos turísticos de Istambul. Com certeza voltarei em minha próxima visita a Istambul.

The apartment is renovated and clean. Its at a good location who wants to be on istiqlal street (busy street with shops and restaurants). Metro station is very near. Host is kind and responsive. Downsides are no elevator (3rd floor) and no view from apartment (looking at other building 1m away) but thats both stated on the ad and you can see that before you book it. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunch if you want. The bed isnt the best since the wire mattress isnt a good solution because it vibrates and makes sounds when a person is turning around, also the pillows are pretty bad and you should at least add another type pro person because for me it wasnt a good choice at all. Light also needs improvement since its very ambiental and there is no strong light in the bedroom especially if women want to do their make up there etc. Keep in mind that this review comes from a person who has high standards and is used to 5 star hotels and apartments.

Yasemin and Aykut were wonderful hosts. Very responsive with communication and incredibly kind. The apartment was exactly as described, and we immediately felt at home during our 5 week stay. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure (shower) was great, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the washing machine was a big help! (It's always a hassle trying to find a laundromat when traveling.) The building is well maintained, very clean, and easy to access. It's located on the back end of the metro, at the foot of Istiklal Street, and you can literally get anywhere in the city on foot or metro from this spot. We would absolutely recommend this location!
