stay here ! just book it and dive in. the space had everything we needed & more. Brian embraces the outdoor and ocean experience sharing the bikes, wetsuits, boogie boards and so easy to communicate with. I want to live here :)

Brian is a very friendly, very helpful host. He is very proactive with instructions and recommendations. The space is a private room with a private entrance around the back of Brian's house. It's not super large, but he has done a great job of maximizing the space. The location is great. The shops/restaurants/bars on Voltaire are a quick 5-10 minute walk, with the Newport Ave, OB Pier, and beaches a bit further but still walkable as well. There is also a pretty cool view very close by - Brian will give you the details. Yes, there is some airplane noise if you're around during the day. I did not notice it at night, and I had no trouble sleeping. Street parking was always easy to find, even on the weekend. I would definitely recommend Brian's place based on the convenience and location. Thanks for a great stay!

Borderline obsessed with this little nook!! The location is fantastic and we felt safe wandering around. Very close to the airport as well. Brian’s recommendations were on point - we hit up his recommended Plants coffee shop and the Voltaire bar. He was also so friendly and responsive throughout. As for the AirBnB, it is a small space as advertised, but if there’s only two of you, it’s all you need and super comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer !

Brian’s place was quaint and cozy. We used his bikes to explore the area each day, which was a huge bonus! He was very responsive and gave great recommendations.
