If you’re looking for a beach getaway without having to drive the entire duration of your stay THIS IS THE PLACE! A word that comes to mind is Oasis as you enter and your inner child comes to fruition in this treehouse-like palace-a home like all of your dreams. With each ascend the home becomes more and more beautiful, full of magic until you reach the top. A rooftop view where you’ll feel enveloped in both sea to the front and city to your back overlooking all walks of life below. Less than 5 minute walk to the ocean and an outdoor shower that’s an experience of its own! With plenty of food options all within a 10 minute leisurely stroll. A co-op for all your grocery needs, and Bella’s Cafe cart parked right across the street for your morning coffee and breakfast needs! Beyond reasonably priced and exceptionally patient and informative hosts. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE FOLKS! 10/10 would stay again and again!💗
Beautiful and unique house, perfect for hosting large groups. Amazing balcony and rooftop with views of the beach. Pedro and Natalie are very responsive and helpful.
So nice to have such a short walk to the beach right there! Also loved being able to hang out on the roof. Ocean Beach is chill and this is a great spot to explore from. Lots of coffee, food, and treats nearby.

Hi friend! I was born in Brazil before being shuttled all over the US growing up and decided to plant myself in San Diego 10 years ago. I love this town! A couple of years ago I had a crazy idea to build three houses at the beach. I designed them, built them and operate them myself. These three homes are our slice of heaven and proudest achievement. We love sharing them with the world and our kids love sleeping in the lofts and hanging out on the beach for days on end. Since then I've started helping some friends and mentors manage their own properties. We're part of a niche group of Architects and Designers who develop their own projects in San Diego. I can honestly say I host some of San Diego's most unique spaces. Me and my wife are often staying in one of the homes with our parents, our kids or some friends and would love to meet like-minded vacationers with a love for the beach, fresh air and good times!
