Location. Location. Location. Just an amazing spot, right on the beach and 5 minutes from all services walking. Nice area with a great vibe.

Our unit hadn’t been cleaned, I had to send pictures of the hairs in the bed, there was no hot water, the local staff entered without permission after being instructed not to, the housekeepers left the unit unlocked when they came back, the exterior lights wouldn’t turn off making it difficult to sleep even with the shades closed, and the communication was awful. Vacasa would take over a day to respond and since the local staff have stopped responding despite their commitment to resolve this. The issues go on and we got some financial compensation but not enough considering the property didn’t have the basic functions like hot water.

Did not receive check in code on time. Lock box very difficult to open. There was a large wet spot on the carpet in smaller bedroom. Could not open lockbox to return keys. It’s a fun, bustling location. Would have been nice to have beach chairs.

Excellent location, lovely views. Extremely peaceful listening to the ocean while you’re falling asleep!
