Really nice place. Quiet surroundings, but at the same time loads to do in the area, many good eating places in 3 min walking distance etc. We also walked to midtown and downtown - took us about 35 to 45 mins, really great location in any ways :)

Eric’s place was very comfortable, private and safe. Also he was extremely accommodating and easy to get a hold of despite coming home from Australia. The room was exactly as described. I felt like I had my own little apartment in the back of the house. So it was more privacy than expected, which was great. At the time, the toilet in my room wasn’t working, but I was able to get a hold of Eric before and during his flight home from Australia. I just had to use the bathroom upstairs till he had the plumber fix it the next day. Eric then shows up immediately after his 17 hour flight with fresh linens, blankets and pillows. Safe to say that he is easy to communicate with and get a hold of. I felt in great hands and was very comfortable. The location is ideal and safe. So many great food option in the area that is walkable. I was there for an event at the convention center so it was only a 12 min drive with Uber to the downtown area. I’d easily book here again.
