we loved our stay and the openess of the condo. Beautiful morning sun rises from the balcony. great heated pools and hot, hot tub. wonderful paved walking path a cross the street leading directly to the inter-coastel. Where we saw dolphins and manatees.

I rented Kevin's condo for my in-laws to "snow-bird" for some of the winter. The place was wonderful, beautiful views, clean and plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped, though I don't think they did much cooking and preferred to be in vacation mode. The neighbors they met were very friendly and helpful. Kevin was always responsive with questions and pro-active with all details they needed to feel at home. We only had one small issue with the air-conditioning, which Kevin was prompt to address, and it was fixed within a day. Unfortunately they had bad timing as the main pool was undergoing renovations, but there was another pool a little bit further away which met their needs. Location on the ocean is spectacular and they found many restaurants along A1A in addition to downtown Palm Coast. They said they would definitely love to come back again!
