Baby beach cottage is my home away from home. Love this house and everything about it. Been here many times and Jess is always welcoming and the house is very comfortable. Best place ever to unwind 🌺

This place was great for a long weekend. The views of the water are beautiful and it was a peaceful place to relax. I used the supplied binoculars to watch herons, eagles, many water birds and I even spotted a harbour seal! We really enjoyed our stay.

I was a bit concerned that the photos made it look more connected to the waterfront than it really would be. Not the case. We enjoyed the view of shore birds each morning and the yard and house felt private regardless of the fact there are several houses in close proximity. It was a very peaceful spot for a getaway. We loved our stay on the beach! The house was clean, cozy, and just as described. The view of the water was beautiful. We brought our dogs and there was an off-leash dog beach a 7 minute drive away. There were two hoses so we were able to give the dogs a bath before taking them inside. The house was very chilly when we arrived but plenty of blankets, a fireplace, and a space heater in the bedroom to use while it heated up. We enjoyed the selection of DVDs, bird watching from the large windows, and being so close to the beach!

Peaceful, dog friendly, cabin on the water in Freeland. 2 bedroom (one bedroom with 2 queen) one bath, kitchen (with everything needed to cook). Comfortable living space that looks out on the bay. Easy drive to grocery store, coffee shops, excellent tacos (rocket taco). Close drive to off leash Double Bluff Beach (which our dog loved) he also enjoyed walking on the beach in front of the cabin. Comfortable beds. Just 2 of us so we didn’t use the back bedroom with 2 queen beds. Clear instructions. Communicative, friendly host. Thank you. Hope to return.
