The location is great!Just opposite the Brickell station.and there is a 7-11 nearby it,so convenient. Katherine and her mother are friendly and the room is cozy.I enjoyed the time with them.

Katherine and her mother were really kind and hosted me warmly. I enjoyed my stay indeed at their place although it was a business trip. The location was convenient. I felt the area was safe as Katherine mentioned.

Katherine and her mother were very helpful and friendly . Trains and cars racing in road outside until 4.30 am , makes it very hard to sleep . But I stayed on a Saturday so might be quieter in weekdays .

L’emplacement est parfait car il permet de rejoindre les stations Brickell Loop ou metrorail et donc se déplacer très facilement. On peut aussi partir à pieds vers Brickell ainsi c’est le emplacement possible si vous voulez profiter du quartier. Forcément à certaines heures on entend le metrorail mais il s’arrête dans la nuit. Katherine et sa mère sont des hôtes très gentils tout s’est très bien passé et j’y retournerai sans hésiter si j’en avais l’occasion.

Super top Lage mit kleinem Frühstück inklusive. Spanisch’e Mama meist vor Ort als Ansprechpartnerin, Kathrin’e selbst eher weniger. Zu beachten, dass das Zimmer extrem laut ist, da daneben die Sbahn/Zug Station ist, was allerdings der Anbindung sehr zuspricht. Außerdem zur Info für Allergiker, Katze in der Wohnung.
