Amazing! Lynn has done such a great job in creating a space that is both private and tranquil. Her attention to detail was superb with all the amenities one would need for a quick getaway. My wife and I loved the references to railways throughout the accommodation. This attention to detail continues outside the property with loads of custom built homes for wildlife to flourish. Will definitely be returning.

Loved our stay at the railway cabin! Even though the weather wasn’t great we made the most of it! Loved seeing all the wildlife and exploring the local area. The cabin had everything you think of and made very good use of the space. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank yous so much.

The photos don’t do justice to just how beautiful the location and living space is. My wife and I both said how comfy the bed was. Lynn has thought about a lot of things to make the stay comfortable, including fluffy blankets and a dvd player. As the walk to the railway cabin is fairly steep, Lynn helps to get the bags down in her car, which was very kind of her. There are lots of walks near Allendale, that are accessible from the railway cabin, with leaflets of routes in the cabin. There are also local takeaways, with a curry house open most of the week, a pizza van on Tuesdays (make sure you pre-order) and a pub. The river at the bottom of the field is clean picturesque and not too deep especially if you like getting in cold water. It is a such a beautiful place and I wish I could have stayed forever.
