Lovely ground-floor apartment in the heart of Hawksburn Village, South Yarra. An easy walk to the shops on Malvern Road and nice and close to the train station too!

This is an excellent , clean apartment in a great location. However Made Comfy were a disaster to deal with. Very slow to respond, not helpful when they do. Made Comfy request guests to remove rubbish at end of stay but don’t give a key to access the bins in the basement. They provide an online house manual but as overseas visitors without a local sim we needed WiFi code to access the online manual. We suggested they leave WiFi code available inside the apartment for guests when they arrived. They refused. We were approached aggressively at the front door of the apartment by another occupant in the building because she was annoyed that parcel deliveries had been delivered for this apartment but had not been claimed by anyone so were left sitting in foyer for some time. We found this resident very upsetting . Again Made Comfy did not care.

Fabulous place to stay. Apartment was spotless, comfortable, practical and very well appointed. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation. The only (minor) drawbacks were that we didn’t have a key to dispose of our garbage in the correct place, the tv had no free to air connection (relied on having access to apps), household instructions were mostly generic without being tailored to the apartment and the key pick-up/drop-off is not that user friendly (there is a nearby convenience store that can be hard to find a car park nearby or is a bit of a walk from the apartment; it was also closed when we were trying to return the keys, which was very annoying). But these are all very minor things, and the apartment was excellent, super clean, great value for money, convenient to transport and we’d not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for having us!
