The Charm House is ideally located in Yakima. It is 3 blocks from the Hospital and 1.8 miles from the Airport. The Charm House has been fully furnished with new appliances and furniture including a basketball game for toddlers, foosball and small ping bong table for some fun! It has a private covered back patio, fire pit, and a large fenced back yard. If lucky you will see some beautiful birds including humming birds. I am sure you will enjoy the quite neighborhood in the middle of town.

I had a great experience staying at Stephanie’s . Very clean and lots of room . We enjoyed using the game room and spacious backyard . The neighborhood is walking distance to a great little coffee shop .

The area around the home is quiet and safe. The home is about three blocks from the hospital; Yakima Valley Memorial. A five minute drive from the airport and Yakima Valley College. Its half a mile from Franklin park and the Yakima Valley Museum, a great walk there and back. It's also close to Sozo Sports Complex about a 8 minute drive and ten minutes to the yakima sundome. There is also great food options close by. As some have asked the gorge amphitheater is an hour and 20 minute drive.
