This home is wonderful for two families or even one big family..... it is one house but separated into separate living spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs). Both places are updated beautifully and modern. Lots of room! Very nice neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants. If you are visiting Anchorage I highly recommend staying here!

Sergei’s duplex was the absolutely perfect spot for our friends and family this summer! There were 8 of us and we very comfortably stayed in the 5 bedrooms provided. We loved that there was two separate spaces so early sleepers could rest undisturbed while the night owls could stay up and enjoy. Each room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms on each floor were clean and stocked with extra towels. It was extra nice to have laundry and a kitchen on each floor as well. We were able to cook a large breakfast on one floor and move to the other floor to cook a large lunch. My only suggestion is that the steps going to the downstairs unit be replaced with waterproof material to keep it clean. We came in July so the lawn and flowers were beautiful. With so much life in the summer, the spiders and mosquitos were also fully awake, so just be prepared. Sergei was an extremely helpful host and went above and beyond, even finding me a larger soup pot so I could cook for our guests!

Sergei's property is an excellent remodel with modern and comfortable amenities. The location is great if you are headed out to explore the south or headed into downtown Anchorage. It was very quiet and peaceful during our stay and plenty of off street parking. I have stayed at many airbnbs and this ranks very high for me.
