The suite was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy. The bathroom was amazing and we were grateful for the in-suite washer and dryer. I would have liked to see a wee bit more by way of kitchen amenities; there were no chef knives, only serrated ones, and there were only a few pots and pans, which made it a bit challenging to prepare lunch and dinner. Overall, a great stay!

I highly recommend this rental. We were slated to arrive a little early so I messaged Naomi and she was super quick to respond and was able to accommodate our request for an early check in. This was much appreciated after traveling 12 hours with two kids under the age of 3! The place was very clean and well-appointed with all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The only issue we experienced was related to the shower not draining properly, however, once Naomi was made aware she was very quick to respond and get it repaired. If we are ever back in the area in the future we would definitely stay here again!

Our first grandbaby was born in the hospital at West Plains. This apartment was the perfect place to relax while we waited for the baby. It was close to the hospital, yet in a quiet neighborhood. My elderly in-laws were with us and the apartment was easy for them to get in. I highly recommend this place.
