Tamara’s place was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting family. She has a binder of instructions that you might need—for the televisions, washer/dryer, etc.—and information on local stores and restaurants. We saw several deer in the woods as we were entering one evening. The wooded setting is quite beautiful and the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. It’s a great location, close to the historic town center. The best breakfast place I’ve eaten in is also within a mile: Gocha’s Breakfast Bar. I highly recommend this basement apartment for anyone who needs a place to stay in Fayetteville.

Tamara was the perfect host Responsive when needed and the rest of the time super quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable place Perfect for what I needed which was a quiet place to sleep when working on the road.

I stay at AirB&Bs throughout the country and this is one of the best! Tamara is a delightful host who truly cared about me during my 2 week stay. The apartment is perfect for long stays and is surrounded by beautiful trees and radiates serenity. This was my first trip to Fayetteville and the town is chock full of great restaurants and other amenities.
