Ibukunoluwa was gracious, kind, and responsive when I checked in later in the evening. Her space was exactly as pictured and described! It's especially great if you're looking for a quiet space to work during the week with copious amounts of desk space so you can spread out. What a great place to crash for a few nights!

Place was as advertised. Pros: walkable to many stores, restaurants, and markets, spotless clean, use of mini fridge Cons: room is drafty and blankets are thin, new subdivision so I had to direct rideshare drivers how to find the location (awkward) which left me lost or walking to meet my uber at a local store, host doesnt take accountability for her part of problems that arise (lost upon arrival and unclear getting inside instructions, wrong lock code given) which left me feeling uneasy about making mistakes or asking for help. All in all the stay was comfortable and close to where i needed to go. Probably would not book again if other choices are available.

Ibukunoluwa was very kind and responsive with anything you need to know. The entrance, bathroom, and bedroom is spotless! It’s very new construction and there are restaurants before entering the street, and a few miles from the mall, etc. it’s a peaceful stay. I’d recommend this to anyone traveling on business or wants a clean, friendly, and private place to stay, extremely quiet. I thought it was a lot more near the center of Fayetteville but I didn’t look at the map that much. Overall, nice & great stay!
