The High Street is just 5 minutes walk away, and is known for it's vibrant atmosphere, quirky independent shops, tea rooms and restaurants. There are 3 markets each week including an Elizabethan craft market. There are beautiful walks along the Dart valley from the town. The open-plan kitchen living-dining space is a 25' x 16' triple aspect room with floor to ceiling bay window and views of the church and Norman castle. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/dining facilities and includes a dish washer. There is a washing machine in the lobby. The feature log burner and air source heat pump (central heating and hot water) keeps the property snug in winter. It is possible to watch either live TV or log in to your own streaming accounts, whilst easily setting for accounts to automatically log out on your departure. To the front of the property there is a garden with planted bed and patio with table & chairs. Private driveway parking space is at the rear, adjacent to the entrance door. We welcome dogs, but please do not allow them on the furniture.
