I had a blast for the time I was there. Peaceful setting, great hikes, and the stars were amazing. The Host was responsive (under 15 min) and proactive. I will definitely go back!!!

I wanted something different, where I felt like I was in nature and still comfortable. This hit all three aspects! It was as described….. down to the “extremely uncomfortable during the day” when the sun was over the tree line. That was just fine for me, we went to town and checked out the antique shops until close to sundown. Only negative is that the wineries were not open when we stayed. Next time we go I plan to schedule different days of the week. :)

This is a really fun place. The inflatable tent with the clear sides and top was really a cool experience. We didn't get to see the stars because storms came through the night we were there - but watching a big thunderstorm at night from inside the dome while lying in the big, comfortable bed was really cool. Highly recommended! I think the best time to visit this place would be in the mid-spring or the mid- to late-fall. We went in June, and during the day the dome just gets too hot. (This is absolutely not a complaint, though. The host was proactive in communicating, and very transparent with us about the heat in the dome. We went in with our eyes wide open.) Once the sun went down, though, the air conditioning was able to catch up and make it quite pleasant from about 8 pm to around 10 am. (I also know they are working to get blinds installed to cover the transparent dome during the day. That will be a significant upgrade to make this a true year-round great place to stay.)
