I spent a lovely week, in April, at "Villa Sorella Tulum". We were a group of 8 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. Although it is a little small, the layout was perfect for having private space along with plenty of family time. The home is in what felt like a very safe, residential, dead-end street with a friendly security guy at the top of the road. There was some construction but nothing bothersome. There were noisy neighbors but it was spring break season so to be expected! We lost power and water for a few hours one afternoon, but the manager communicated well, and it wasn't a big deal. A nice shopping area is being built nearby with lots of yummy coffee shops, restaurants, and such to stroll and explore. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking -we appreciated the Nespresso machine and the large chiller of filtered water. The bedrooms had great blackout curtains and I was pleasantly surprised to find a clothes steamer in my closet! The A/C worked great all around!

10 girls stayed here for my bachelorette and we had the best time. The place was just like the photos and the neighborhood felt safe. We used the private chef recommendation from the host and the chefs were amazing, however the stove top wasn’t working so they had to improvise with the oven. Other than this issue, the host was very responsive and place was perfect. Would recommend!
