We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect. The space is incredible, looks even better in person than in the pictures, only 15 minute cab ride to the beach/main strip but within walking distance to all your local needs coffee/liquor store/restaurants/pharmacy.

The villa is just beautiful! My friends and I stayed for a vacation and it was spectacular! Alain, the concierge is absolutely phenomenal, very responsive and provided us with a lot of help and guidance about how to navigate everything, as well as setting up transportation. I recommend getting some sort of transport besides taxis because it is a little far from the beach and taxis can get expensive, but we knew that when we booked. All and all we were so happy with the stay and would recommend for a big group trip!

Our stay here was absoultey amazing!! We were with a large group of women and it was so beyond perfect. All of the rooms are so stunning and the pool is amazing for chill hangout days. The service was also beyond. We had chefs come for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and every meal was great. The host also had a great spa service for in-home massages and facials. Everything was so clean and professional. The host was on site all the time and VERY responsive. They had a cleaning crew come in each day to give us fresh sheets and towels. It was like staying at a hotel. Only downside the entire trip was that bugs but that is not because of the house, that is anywhere you stay in Tulum so just pack bug spray!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Wow!! We rented this location for a photography retreat, and it was incredible. The rooms are impeccably designed and the pool is to die for! There is so much attention to detail at this place - from the design to the staff. The manager, Alain, was extremely helpful with answering all our questions and assisting with planning. Everything went perfectly at our retreat and we owe that in large part to the staff. I hope we’ll be back again in the future because this place was so amazing!

What an unbelievable way to spend my big birthday! We will make this a yearly destination for family, friends, and maybe a company party!! Picture perfect and an amazing host Alein!
