Kamal’s home was so comfortable and inviting, very clean, furnished well, with a great view of a golf course tee. The location in the Villages is great and very convenient to both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Though it is 3 BR home, we only used 2 BR for my family; the 3rd BR is an office with an inflatable mattress. The host was very responsive to my messages. Appreciated that Kamal’s place had stocked some home products like hand soap, paper goods, and dish detergent, etc. because it’s a pain to buy those things for just a few days. We stay in the Villages 2-3x/year to visit family and have stayed in many homes and villas. We will definitely look to book Kamal’s place again!

Our stay at this residence, was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we stepped inside, We was greeted by a tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained space. The attention to detail in the interior design created a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The living area was spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable furniture and thoughtful touches like artwork and cozy pillows. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, allowed for convenient meal preparation, and the dining area provided a lovely spot to enjoy meals. The bedroom was a haven of tranquility, boasting a plush mattress and high-quality linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. In conclusion, the property exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Kamal was so helpful and responsive. We were getting into town earlier than check in and Kamal worked with us to get us in. House was beautiful and spotless! Would recommend 100%!

Kamal was a good host, friendly and responsive. The house was as described. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It’s right on the golf course which can be lacking in privacy especially on busy mornings. The house was clean and comfortable with a couple of exceptions. The top comforter on the king bed was not clean. It clearly had the scent of men’s cologne or deodorant or something. I think this was isolated because all the other sheets and pillowcases smelled clean. It was an easy fix given they had a washer and dryer and provided laundry detergent. The queen bed sags in the middle so you roll towards each other which can be uncomfortable. Otherwise we felt at home. We would rent from Kamal again.
