Die Wohnung ist erst kürzlich komplett saniert worden und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Es gibt zwei große Schlafräume und viel Stauraum. Die Küche (mit Spül- und Waschmaschine) ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in tadellosem Zustand und supersauber. Das Wlan und der große Smart TV haben stabil funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof (Circumversuviana) ist. Direkt nebenan ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei, die auch abends Pizza anbietet. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt mit Vollsortiment. Die Straße nach vorne heraus ist etwas laut, allerdings hört man bei den neuen geschlossenen Fenstern kaum etwas und es gibt eine Klimaanlage für heiße Tage. Nach hinten heraus zum Innenhof ist es sehr ruhig und es kräht sogar morgens ein Hahn. Die Schlafräume lassen sich mit Außenrolläden verdunkeln. Wir haben alle immer sehr gut geschlafen. Die Kommunikation war absolut top und immer zuverlässig. Vielen Dank an Nico, Paolo und Ernesto. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-))

We were extremely lucky to have been hosted by Ernesto and Nico at their beautiful apartment in Sant’Agnello. The space itself was clean, well furnished, and provided plenty of room for our group of four. The location served as a perfect home base with quick access to the bus, train, and grocery store. Everything we needed was within arms reach, including some amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Be sure to check out the bakery located downstairs for some amazing pizza, baked goods, and espresso. The hosts were gracious, helpful, and quick to respond to our inquiries. Nico helped coordinate a boat tour of the Amalfi Coast which was a highlight of our stay. We’re so glad to have been able to call this place home for a few days and hope we have the chance to come back again in the future.

The owner was very nice and responsive and provided us with a ton of local recommendations for restaurants, bars, and things to do. The apartment was spotless and modern. The location was a little hard to get to on foot though being located right on and near a major road.

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables à Sant'Agnello, l'appartement était très agréable , l'accueil d'Ernesto et de Nico était parfait, nous avons même eu droit à de délicates attention pour la nouvelle année (Panettone, Proseco). Ernesto s'est occupé de nous réserver une place de parking à 300 mètres de l'appartement. Il a toujours été trés disponible et réactif à nos demandes. Un grand merci !!!! Petite précision, il y a un supermarché justre en face, idéal, ainsi qu'une boulangerie exceptionnelle juste en bas où tout est incroyable, les pizzas sont délicieuses !!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern, clean apartment. Very easy to access the train and bus too. Fantastic bakery next door was a bonus. Hosts were excellent as always available and would bend over backwards to help. Excellent communication throughout. Great recommendations and help from Nico. A really lovely family run business. Well worth booking. Thanks 🙏
