One of the best Airbnb experience ever. Large, clean, apartment, with excellent bathrooms and kitchen. Unbelievable location. 5 minutes from St Marks. Fantastic large terrace. You literally see the gondoliers passing beneath you from the large balcony. The hosts are super communicative. There were four of us and we comfortably fitted into the three bedroom. The host was super communicative and helpful. Next time I am in Venice it will at this apartment again.

Rita is the consummate host. The directions to the house could not have been more concise, and it was so easy to get to. Once we arrived, WOW! Every aspect of this apartment is terrific. The seating and views from the terrace were a significant part of our stay, absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The window by the kitchen table- what a great way to start the day. The living room was comfortable to sit in, and the smart tv had everything you would need on it. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The washer/dryer combo was very convenient for our 5 day stay. The apartment is close to so many of the sights you want to see, as well, as well as restaurants and transportation. Rita quickly responded to any questions we had. Venice is a magical place and this apartment is the perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of the apartment is excellent with lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Rita sent us a really useful list of places to eat which we used. The apartment is huge with plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. Thanks for a great stay!
