Ran into a small issue (our fault) and the hosts were very helpful and helped us correct the issue and was extremely proactive in doing so. The place was amazing, extremely clean and in an excellent spot. Will absolutely stay again if we are ever in the Columbia area again.

The place was immaculate and the location is perfect for concerts at Merriweather. However, the description of the place wasn’t accurate. Some descriptions said check-in was at 3:00. My group of concert-goers got off of work early so that we could get there at exactly 3:00 so that we’d have plenty of time to get settled in and hangout by the pool before the concert started at 7:00ish. I got a call the day-of and said check-in will be between 5:00-6:00 which completely defeated the purpose of staying where we chose to stay. They did waive the parking fee for us as compensation which was a plus. Getting checked-in and to the room was a cluster. We were so confused and had 0 service to call anyone for help. It took an entire hour from the time we parked to the time we were in the room. Once we figured it out, it wasn’t difficult but it was stressful; it would be much better if the descriptions were accurate. I would recommend this accommodation if you’re NOT going for a concert.

Brand new building. Things to think about while staying here. 1. Parking. This building is close to a concert venue so parking is non existent during concerts. Our truck was tall and wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. Whatever you do make sure you have a spot in the parking garage. It will make life easier. 2. Bring extra towels for an extended stay. We had 4 people in a two bedroom for 3 nights. We were working outside so we shower twice in one day and we didn’t have enough towels. 3. There were any sheets for the fold out couch. Be sure to ask during open hours of the customer help. 4. Have a backup plan for rooms. Not sure what happened but they overbooked the room we originally booked. Thankfully they had a 2 bedroom and we made it work. We didn’t have a backup plan. This place is beautiful and it has great amenities and spaces to relax and have fun. We loved it here and will stay again.
