We loved Far From Work. The layout is perfect, especially that kitchen island with the water view. The outdoor space is much larger than most apartments in the area. Steps to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Note that it’s not quiet at night because you are directly overlooking the amazing restaurant square that comes to life at night, but we enjoyed having happy hour with that energy right there, with front row balcony seats for live music some nights. That area is quiet during the day, so you get the best of both worlds. The apartment is fully furnished and the store across the street has all of the supplies you need at very reasonable prices. We cooked in as much as we could but the dining in the area is hard to resist! Julie and her team were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. To underscore how much we liked Far From Work, we rebooked for the following year while sitting at that kitchen island…

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. If you like to be in the middle of the nightlife, this is the perfect place for you! You are surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and even a grocery store. It is located directly above SAO, one of our favorite restaurants! You can enjoy live music right from your balcony and listen to people sing karaoke as well. Only a few minutes walk to some awesome beach clubs! If you choose to stay in and cook, you will have everything you need. The only thing missing was a coffeemaker (there is a Nespresso) so we bought one and left it there. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee and loved sitting there in the evenings for an aperitif and some people watching. The bedding was very comfortable. We enjoyed our 8 days very much! Thank you!

Great location, it felt like home. It was very cozy! Easy to communicate with host and close proximity to beach. The restaurants underneath could get a little loud at night but it wasn't very bothersome. Overall, we loved our stay here at Julie's place and recommend it to everyone! If we ever come back, we will definitely be booking again.

The place is nice and convent to everything. Few minor negatives : right on top of Asian restaurant, so smell and heat from the kitchen is not the best. Water pressure is almost not existent in the upstairs shower. Also water is not super warm. Other then that all great.

Amazing apt and could not be more centrally located. Nothing beats sitting on the terrace for coffee in the morning and quietly enjoying the view of the ocean and beach or having an aperitif there in the evening. Can't wait to go back!! We came with our toddler and they provided us with an extra bed and baby chair. They can also help with everything from car rental to having food in your fridge before you arrive. Will come back!!
