In the ninth year of my solo traveling, I picked Baltazar's forest villa. Although he was abroad, we could only communicate via phone, but Baltazar was very enthusiastic, answering every question I had. Additionally, I spent Valentine's Day with housekeeper Chris, Gemma, and a little dog as companions. This was another experience of a forest villa for me, following my previous one in Wanrong，Laos. Chris cooked beautifully and deliciously, Gemma kept the room tidy and orderly, and the dog was gentle and cute.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Kunlingtan in Pilar, Philippines and it was absolutely amazing. The romantic entry by boat set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The villa itself was stunning, with picturesque views and amazing facilities. The outdoor shower is a must-try experience, especially when the stars are out at night. The kitchen staff were incredibly friendly and cooked some of the most delicious food and fruit smoothies we’ve had on our trip. They took great care of us and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We hope to come back one day.

We had an absolutely fantastic and tranquil escape at this wonderful place. I booked it for my family's weekend getaway for two nights, and we were blown away. Baltazar's place exudes luxury and provided an experience akin to a peaceful Bali vacation in the Philippines. The breakfast and food prepared by Ate Glenda were nothing short of a feast, and the host went above and beyond by preparing surprises for us since we had notified them of our anniversary celebration. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return to this gem of a retreat.

The place was homey and well-designed as pictured. Although the host was away he was always available to answer our questions and staff were kind, respectful and attentive to all our needs. Overall a seamless, relaxing experience and we will definitely be back!
