Welcome to the historic Stephentown Hotel located in the heart of the Berkshires & Taconic Mountains! Apartment is brand spanking new (opened Dec 2023)! This is a Studio Apartment featuring a King bed + Queen pullout sofa. 1st FL apartment. Kitchen is fully furnished with all essentials. (x2) retro arcade games (NFL Blitz & X-Men). Apartment has a private entrance and private deck! We are minutes away from Jiminy Peak, minutes to so many memories, adventures and activities! Welcome to the Stephentown Hotel! This is the Studio Apartment, Apt. # 2. Has a private entrance with parking right outside. Private deck with Adirondack chairs. We are located minutes away from Jiminy Peak Ski Resort in the world famous Berkshire Mountains and the Taconic Mountains! Right on the NY / MASS border in beautiful Stephentown. Surrounded by nature and serenity. Every stay includes water bottles, granola bars, oatmeal packets, coffee and tea! Parking right in front. Brand new everything! Full kitchen, King sized bed, sofa sleeper in the living room and the bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower. Culligan water treatment filtered throughout the house, Bluetooth speaker in the shower to listen to your favorite music. Verizon wifi throughout the apartment. Two arcade games: X-Men & NFL Blitz! We have two outdoor amenity spaces. They feature two fire pits, BBQs, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, cornhole and misc backyard games. We include firewood and fire starter in every apartment. The two outdoor spaces are shared between the four apartments. **All reservations from May 1st to November 1st include a S'mores goodie bag! Sticks, marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate! ** Every stay includes water bottles, granola bars, oatmeal packets, popcorn, coffee and tea. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cooking equipment! Some history on the property! The building is the historic Stephentown Hotel, built in the 1860s as a railroad hotel to serve the increased traffic brought by the railroad from 1869 to 1952. The Hotel is the last remaining of four of the original railroad hotels in town. The Stephentown Hotel is a historical gem! Building was featured in "Taking Back Woodstock" film in 2009. Building went through a 3 year gut renovation, inside out, from 2021 to 2023. Pets: Pets must be given permission. We love pets and try to ensure you and your furry friends enjoy your trip! Any damage, unannounced or non-permitted pets will incur a $250 charge. With that in mind, we ask you to clean up as best as possible. If needed, there may be an additional $50 cleaning fee per stay (requested after the stay if necessary). This would reflect additional cleaning if needed. TV: The apartment comes equipped with smart TV with a G00gle Chromecast direct to! Books and Games: Additionally the apartment is equipped with Monopoly, Jenga, Connect4, a couple books including two kids books: The Hungry Caterpillar & One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. The apartment is equipped with a blow dryer, Keurig machine for coffee, sweetener, creamer, tea bags, corkscrew / bottle opener, pizza cutter, toaster, cutlery, cutting board, ice trays, dishes, pots, pans, laundry detergent, bluetooth speaker and USB outlets. Bathroom has a bluetooth speaker in the light! Turn the light switch on and search for HOMEWERKS in the bluetooth settings to connect! Linens: All towels, sheets and duvet covers are laundered after every stay. Door Code: A new door code will be issued for your stay. After your stay, the code will be disabled. Security Cameras: The building has security cameras at the main entrances around the building and inside the building’s maintenance room. There are NO video or recording devices in the unit. IF you see anything suspicious - PLEASE ALERT ME IMMEDIATELY. Parking - there are two reserved parking spots in front of the apartment. **For any boat / trailer / snowmobile, etc. permission must be requested prior.** Smoking: There is no smoking inside the house. Recreational Marijuana - RM is legal for purchase in Massachusetts. RM is not to be smoked in the house. You may smoke outside. This is a very nice place. I stayed in the studio on the first floor. Everything is clean, new and modern, but lighting is not great, noise from upstairs units is very noticeable, and there are multiple night lights and digital displays, so there is always ambient light. Dillon is easily contacted, and very quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location, dog friendly, extremely clean, well stocked and always responsive host. Love this area as I frequent the area frequently. Beautiful accommodation inside out. Will be back Again :)

Great place for a couple to stay. Super quick and easy drive to Jiminy Peak - which was the reason for our stay. Clean and well stocked. We were able to cook all our meals. Our host was friendly and responsive. We would recommend for a ski trip for sure.

The studio apartment was quiet, peaceful, and safe. If you are not a fan of bright overhead lighting, the place will be very dimly lit. There is only one free standing floor lamp and 2 undercabinet lights. The host has provided a wall mounted fan for airflow and white noise, which was immensely appreciated by us, nice touch. The outside lighting was very adequate, but shines into apartment through kitchen window and front door. The ability to block the outside from filtering into apartment at night while sleeping would greatly improve sleeping. All other windows have excellent window coverings for privacy. We would stay here again. The above suggestions are not complaints, just intended as helpful hints. Thanks Dillon. Cool place, great location! Look forward to the next time. Jody
