Enjoyed staying at Rolando’s and the location was perfect! The complex is quiet and felt very safe. Close to the zoo, botanical gardens and Sabino canyon. Lots of shopping centers in the general area and a multitude of restaurants, all easy to get to. The condo is very close to the base of the Catalina Mountains, an absolute beautiful area! We really enjoyed our ten days here and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Unfortunately the unit we reserved was double booked so Rolando put us up in a condo that wasn’t near the area of Tucson that we wanted to be. We didn’t know until the day before we arrived where we would be so this added a lot of undue stress. We had reserved a unit with access to a pool and hot tub but that didn’t happen. There was a pool and hot tub on the premises but neither functioned the entire time we were there. The backyard was unkept and the grill, although brand new, did not heat past 200 degrees, so not usable. Made the home owner aware but he never came back to fix it. The neighbors are nice and the unit is close to the Tucson bike trail which is nice

The place was nice and comfy. It is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Rolando was a great host, very communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to others! Overall a great experience!
