Location, location, location! This lovely little studio right on Broad was close to EVERYTHING. I was so impressed, I booked it again for another trip to Philly in June!

Location is great, very close to downtown and pretty quiet. The space is nice; a super comfy bed and a huge tv with every streaming service. Microwave and keurig were a nice touch and the shower was great, too. However, there was a bit of an odd odor in the room, we had to leave the window open. There was absolutely no parking each time we tried, had to park in the garage- about a 7 min. walk.

such a nice spot! can easily walk to pretty much anything. great restaurant options. easy to find with relatively straightforward, free street parking. all the basics are provided (there’s a microwave and large mini fridge but no oven, stocked shower.) highly recommend!
