Located in South Philly, 10 minutes away from downtown, where all the tourists activities are located! You won't regret booking with us! Our place can hold 10 people but 8 sleep. We have 3 queen size beds that can sleep 2 people each and 2 couches that can also sleep. We do have air matress that can sleep 2 people.We do not have a pull out couch. We have plenty of games, activities for family, friends, and game nights! We do allow small events of 10 people but more than that will be considered a large event and we do charge an extra fee of $200-$500 depending on the condition left of the property.
