Deluxe was very responsive when I had an issue getting inside and walked me through exactly what I had to do to troubleshoot the door issue. The place was spotless and we had a blast during our stay.
This was a great stay. We paid for the parking spot which was HIGHLY worth it and i recommend it. The stay was comfortable and everything we needed for our trip. Getting in and out of the airbnb was super easy. Deluxe’s communication was impeccable. I had some questions before and during our stay and the response time was more than reasonable. They checked in about questions at later time as well.
It was a pleasant stay at this house. Host was really responsive and helpful!
Christian and Paul were amazing hosts! unfortunately when we got there the door had a small malfunction; both hosts did an amazing job getting that all fixed up. Christian offered us another location to stay, and offered us drinks while our door was being fixed. Both had great communication skills. Our door was fixed in no time. All in all great experience and amazing hospitality and I would definitely stay here again!

This home is nestled on the cusp of Point Breeze and Greys Ferry. Point Breeze was just named the hottest neighborhood in Philadelphia. It is just south of center city and Rittenhouse Square.
The area has a mix of new construction homes and older homes, and is currently going through a strong revitalization. This residential area is a diverse mix of Philadelphia culture; the residents are made up of young professionals, families, and older residents.
A primary location, just 10-15 minute Uber from all main Philadelphia hotspots: sports stadiums, Center City, 30th Street Station, Philadelphia Airpot, Art Museum, CHOP, etc. This home is comfortable home base for any Philadelphia adventure. The house sleeps 18 comfortably.
Philadelphia is a very drivable city. There’s also no shortage of Uber, Lyft or taxis.
