A nice modest place right on the water - lovely to have the deck to enjoy the water and excellent sunset views. The unit has its own private space within the building - there is a large side yard and ample parking space. It is a useful base for exploring the Cabo Rojo region. As other folks have also noted, there is some noise from the restaurants nearby and loud music at times from neighbors. I recommend wearing bug spray as the evening brings out the "no see ums." The house is on a blind curve so easier to have two people for moving the car out and locking/unlocking the gate.

Beautiful scenery. Beach front views were amazing. Restaurants across the street were friendly and the food was great. I will definitely return to Joyuda and the house with the blue roof.
