Louise was our host for the weekend and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. She brought us champagne and chocolates to celebrate and was always full of solutions and ideas about anything we needed. It made the trip that much more memorable. The location was amazing, located on a sleepy historic street where we’d take walks at night which felt extremely safe. She also reccomended a great restaurant on the same street as well as local walks. Will definitely return.

What an absolutely stunning home! Three big bedrooms each with its own full bath, spacious living room, beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook at home (including braii). And the decor is so lovely. Can walk to everything in the center of town. Louise was wonderful and shared lots of recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

I stayed at this beautiful historic home in Tulbagh with my family. The house is absolutely beautiful and the interior very tasteful. I enjoyed the little pool at the back of the house and close to the kitchen and my room was close to the pool. We had breakfast outside in the courtyard and had such a beautiful time and will definitely be back. Louise was our host and very helpful and friendly as well as very responsive, and prompt on feedback. The house has three on sweer bedrooms, two rooms inside and one outside. It was all worth the monies paid for this classy historic home. Gizelle

This house is a Tulbagh pearl. We were truly impacted by the exquisite decoration and good taste in every detail. It is an immersion in the beauty of African art and design. Everything is of high quality from the cleaning cloth, to the hangers, crockery, towels, appliances. Impeccable cleaning. Absolute comfort for the body, soul and eyes. To top off the perfection of the stay, Louise welcomes you with warmth and such genuine naturalness that makes us feel like "owners" of this precious property. We definitely want to come back to Tulbagh just to be in this house.
