We stayed in Micaela’s apartment for six weeks and found it very comfortable, and well equipped with everything one would need. Micaela responded positively and quickly to any query we had. The location was particularly good, with everywhere being within walkable distance. There is a good supermarket and greengrocers a few minutes walk away and only ten minutes to the Rialto fish market. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend San Giacomo’s Nest to anyone.

This is the perfect apartment in Venice! I was there for two months and wish I could’ve stayed longer. The location is perfect and in a fun neighborhood with lots to do. The apartment itself was great - plenty of room, lots of storage space and had everything I needed. Michaela was an amazing host and was super helpful. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

I’ve stayed for 6 weeks in the apartment of Micaela and had the best time. The apartment is located in a really nice neighborhood in between the Rialto bridge and the Academia bridge. It is not that touristic compared to other neighborhoods. There are nice restaurants and bars nearby and everything takes only 10-15 min by walk (for example to go to campo Santa Margherita). The apartment was spacious and has all the amenities you need (also for long stay). When I asked Micaela about an iron to iron my clothes she came the next day to bring one. The communication with Micaela was really good and fast. I would recommend this place to anyone!

It was an excellent apartment - I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Venice!! The location is perfect. A 10 minute walk to the train station or to Rialto, and about 20 minutes to San Marco. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct street access, but it’s a very quiet area and I never had any issues with noise or safety. The apartment is very modern and clean with 2 strong AC units (a savior during the hot and humid summer). Also comes equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. I had my brother come visit and there’s an additional twin bed that I was able to set up during his visit. It’s a spacious apartment and there weren’t any issues.
