Our peaceful home is located in Trenton, FL on 2.4 wooded acres. Built in 2022, our brand new well equipped 2/2 home has a queen ensuite primary and a second room with twin beds. The sofa also pulls out to a full-size bed. Centrally located, the home is 35 minutes to Gainesville and 1 hour to Ocala. The area is best known for outdoor recreation, natural springs, and the famous Suwannee River. There are lot of friendly local restaurants and bars nearby and a few cute antique shops. Our location is a hidden gem near Gainesville and Ocala. It's also close enough to Orlando that you can enjoy a country setting while driving to the Parks.

We stayed for an extended time as we were attending a trade school. Quiet and peaceful area. Friendly neighbors. Great communication with Jack and his wife. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Jack was easy to communicate with the entire process. He has clear check in and check out processes and responds quickly to messages. The property is not close to stores, which we enjoyed because we were there to get away. The only con for me would be there are no toiletries. It would be nice to have travel size available in case you forget something.

Rural setting on a quiet street with many large lot homes. Close to farmland, but also close to shopping and restaurants.

There is plenty of parking behind 2 gates for ease of entry into the property. The home is set on almost 2.5 acres. It is wooded, but there is plenty of space to park many cars.
