Beautiful home, clean, perfect location. It was great for 3 kids. Outdoor space was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better house.

House was as advertised. Very clean. Outside pool area was great place to spend time with family and very spacious. Fantastic location <5 min walk to beach (and Sandbar restaurant on the beach) as well as Pine ave for plenty of other food options, coffee, bike rentals etc. Would definitely stay again.

We have been coming to AMI for years, and this home has been our favorite so far! Excellent location for walking pine ave, to the pier, the beach, and our favorite, North Shore Cafe. Excellent floor plan of the home, and with the pool along the side of the home you get excellent sunshine in the afternoon. I also like being on a corner lot, as it felt very spacious. Great grill setup too!

Beautiful house and surroundings. Walkable to beach, shops and restaurants. The pool and outside deck was so great. Our young adult age kids loved having the space upstairs and the upper deck to hang out. The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking.
