Beds: 3 King beds and 6 Queen beds wrapped in Turkish cotton 410TC sheets (we use the same sheets and towels as the W Hotel in Miami). Each King bed holds 6 pillows and Queen beds hold 4. The property features security cameras on the exterior of the home facing the street. Pool/Spa Heater: The spa thermostat will be set to 102F / 39C at no charge. Swimming pools contain very large amounts of water and the energy that must be expended to heat swimming pools is substantial. Pool heat is available at a cost of $50 per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat the swimming pool thermostat will be set to 85 degrees. The actual temperature of the pool water will be dependent on weather conditions which will significantly impact the effectiveness of the pool heater. For the beach: 10 folding chairs, a small cooler and a small supply of kids sand toys, these are found in the game room on the shelf
