House is beautiful and super comfortable. The back patio is the perfect spot to hangout with friends / family. We had a group of 7, and everyone was happy and loved the house. Close to town and the beach and the golf cart was such a nice addition!

I held my bachelorette here for 11 ladies and it did not disappoint! The house itself was perfect - matched the pictures exactly, was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. In terms of communication, Monica responded to my many questions within minutes of me sending her a message, every single time - and I had lots of questions! Very friendly and accommodative. Location was also great - just a quick 15–20-minute uber to Clearwater which has many bars, restaurants, beaches, and night clubs. And Ubers are plentiful - it was nice staying in Indian Rocks which is a bit quieter and peaceful while still having a nightlife down the road. You're in a quiet, residential neighborhood so while we were respectful of our neighbors, that didn't stop us from having a fantastic time (loud music inside, pool party during the day, outdoor pregame) - as long as you avoid the late-night post-games outside, it's a great spot for a bachelorette.

Stayed here with a group of 12 and we had the best time and stay! The house had plenty of space for everything to be together and also have their own space. The decor was fabulous and the pool/backyard is truly an oasis. Would definitely recommend staying here with a large group!!

This was the perfect home for our family reunion! Plenty to do right in the backyard, but so much just a short walk (or golf cart ride) away! Highly recommend the house and would love to return - Monica and Tony were accommodating and responsive.

We rented this house for the location and amenities, esp the golf cart. Fire pit ran out of propane and we were told by owner to just use the bbq tank. We completed all the steps required to get the golf cart ($1000 deposit and provide DL/insurance) but never got the key. Asked for the key several times from owner, and she never responded. Ice maker didn't work (owner did respond to this complaint and offered to drop off bags of ice, which we did appreciate) and there are many rules. Disappointed that we did not get to fully enjoy the amenities offered in this listing that we expected to be able to use and paid for each night.
