It has spacious bedrooms and multiple living areas where you and your extended family and friends can all enjoy being together all while having enough space to spread out. Located a just meters from the beach and the very popular Boambee Bay reserve there are plenty of places to swim and relax - be it the pool, ocean or the creek. With a BBQ and mountain views it’s the perfect place to relax Master bedroom- King bed with private ensuite, walk in wardrobe and access to the balcony with mountain views Middle floor- Down four easy stairs you will find our bedrooms Bedroom two- king bed with wardrobe and ceiling fan Bedroom three- queen bed with ceiling fan Bedroom four-queen bed with ceiling fan Bedroom five-king bed which can split into two singles. Large wardrobe and ceiling fan Laundry- has ample bench space a washing machine and dryer for your convenience Bathroom- our large bathroom had a double shower, full bath tub and a double vanity for your convenience Toilet- our seperate toilet is conveniently located near the bedrooms and the living areas it also has a sink Bottom floor- Our rumpus room is located on the bottom floor with a comfy couch and tv there is ample room for the kids to play or chill out Our Double garage is located next to the rumpus room where you can comfortably fit two cars securely Backyard- We have a large covered patio with a fenced grassed area for the kids to run around. A veggie garden for the chef in the family and of course our large self cleaning pool. We also have an outdoor toilet to use when in the pool or enjoying the backyard.
