It was a great place to stay
Everything was just like the photos and description. Attendants were on the property so it felt very safe. The pools were beautiful and the perfect temperature. The host was amazing and even allowed early check in and offered to hold luggage while the room was getting ready. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Tulum.
We stayed in the PH which was very nice and modern. We enjoyed the semi-private rooftop pool which was also a great spot to catch the sunset. We had a really lovely stay at Torana Tulum however a few things I’d like to note that I wish I had known in advance: There was a scheduled power outage for 2 days that we were there, the host communicated this to us and we heard from locals that it’s a common occurrence. There was a 3rd unplanned power outage that affected most of Tulum one of the nights but we still ventured out to Veleta and most of the restaurants and bars were still operating, the locals are used to it! However we had no water most nights and every morning (until approx 9am) which was quite inconvenient for us. There was quite a musty smell in the kitchen of our unit. Security staff are friendly but seem quite young and with very little English. Would stay again as it’s in a great location and it’s a beautiful building!
The pent house was beautiful. The gate access to the rooftop pool was amazing.
Great place, clean and beautiful private rooftop pool! Close to the beach, but the one road to get to it could use some maintenance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
